We are a Bengali couple, originally from Kolkata, presently living somewhere in the USA. Like many of you, we dearly miss good restaurant style Bengali delicacies, especially the “Rastar Khabar” or street food from Kolkata. For many years this frustration has turned into determination as we have taken the matter into our own hands. Our motto has been "Bhalo Khabo" or in simple English "We will eat good". We recreate different types of street food and restaurant style Bengali dishes at home and test techniques to make the process easy.
