Hi everyone! I remember my first day stepping into the gym. I was a bit intimidated, I was unsure, I wasn't familiar with the equipment, and I had no idea where to start. I had some experience with the treadmill and free weights, so I started there. I didn't give up, I stayed committed to my fitness journey, and here I am trying to motivate someone else.
