Hi, my name's Jackie and thanks for dropping in! I started this channel after finding out I have multiple sclerosis, and wanted to make this experience as positive and helpful as possible! I will be taking you along my journey as I learn more about my condition, and sharing what fitness and nutrition factors I'm tweaking and changing to ensure I'm enjoying a happy, healthy and balanced lifestyle throughout the whole experience! Along with sharing information about my condition, you can expect functional/outdoor workouts, healthy meal prep/snack ideas, and prioritisation/time management tips and tricks I've learnt from balancing a crazy work schedule!
