In The Kitchen With Dinah began in the fall of 2007 as a personal chef meal service. The motto was, "home-cooked meals for busy families." Each week I prepared and delivered meals to my customers and eventually began catering. As my kids grew older, I felt God leading me in another direction, and I began working at a local bank. I still felt like I wanted to share my love of cooking by helping people, especially young adults, learn to prepare home cooked meals themselves. After much more thought and prayer I mustered up enough courage to start a YouTube channel. In July of 2021 we started writing and recording my theme song ( yes, that's me singing), and in August of 2021, we shot my first episode. Don't mistake me for some fancy-schmancy chef, I'm not. I am a wife and mother who simply loves 'back to basics' recipes that taste good, reheat well, and can even be frozen. I have multiple 3-ring binders full of tried and true recipes I can't wait to share with you!
