Hi guys! My name is Sue. Welcome to my channel! I'm so excited about this new adventure in cooking. With a background in art, I am thoroughly enjoying the creative aspects of starting a cooking channel from scratch! Being a home cook, my goal is to share my favorite recipes with you in hopes that they will find a permanent place in your weekly rotation. My focus is on finding dishes using whole foods and more healthful ingredients wherever possible. You'll find most of my recipes are vegetarian, with some fish and many are dairy free. I also prepare all my recipes for the gluten sensitive diet. However, if you are celiac please check with your doctor before preparing these dishes. Enjoy these 'so simple, so good' recipes.
