🏋🏻‍♀️Changing people’s lives with LOVE & PASSION I am a personal trainer 6 years+ in business based in London. I studied psychology in university then decided to do my Personal Training qualification and combining these two has allowed me to change hundreds of people’s lives and physiques. I am now trying to bring useful content online and become more accessible world wide so I can share my knowledge and experience to everyone who may need it. I myself have come a long way in my own fitness journey starting at the weight of 85kgs after having 3 children and many life traumas.
