Hello people! My name is Stas, nice to meet you! I am chef - instructor in Culinary Arts Institute, Varna, Bulgaria and I love to share my experience and food ideas with you! My passion in cooking is to take a classic recipe and bring it to a new level by changing few ingredients, add some fusion into the dish and then plate it in a nice, modern way, so it tastes and looks delicious. Being Russian, who lives in Bulgaria, I like also to look into the traditional recipes of Eastern European Cuisine, modernize it and show to you. I have been working in New Zealand, Russia, Bulgaria and Portugal and i have a few tricks up my sleeve to share with you.
