Hi! You are watching the channel created by Kailash Kandpal, i am from Delhi. I have started my first fitness journey in 2015 when i start earning money for my gym fees and diet and continued this till 2017 end, but during these 3 years of span i was not fully consistent towards my workout as much as i should have to be due to my lazy and relaxing behavior and also my job was the secondary reason for it, still i gain some really good muscle mass in these 3 years due to my hard work & my great dedication towards bodybuilding. but then due to some reason i leave workout completely for 3 long years from 2018 to 2020. Now after this long break I have started my passion of doing workout again and start lifting back from March 2021 and this time I will definitely gonna achieve a really great ambitious Natural Physique, till i will not stop this time :)
