Hello Everyone, I am JAG (as most of my friends call me) and currently working here in the UAE. I love to bake and experiment on the food I prepare. I created this channel to show you my version of the dishes, breads and delicacies I dearly missed from my hometown, Iloilo City. Iloilo is home of a wide range food, some were influenced by Spanish and Chinese cuisines. I will be also recreating all time favorites of Filipinos living abroad which always reminds us of home, the Philippines.
