My goal is to help people find affordable solutions to get healthy, delicious meals for their families. I have been studying health and nutrition and I hope you will join me on the journey to wellness and weight loss! I have been working in health care for the past 15 years and have seen the long term effects of chronic diseases that are so prevalent today. Nutrition is key to good health. I have long covid and POTS. Due to not being able to be active and having to give up my nursing career due to long covid, I have gained weight since having covid in Sept/21. I will be covering content on overall wellness and living with the symptoms. In doing my research I discovered Epicure and fell in love with the products.
