I have always been interested in nutrition and exercise. The last 8 years I have been fighting off Cancer. I decided to fight off any new bouts with the proper diet and exercise. This was a wonderful decision and I have fought off each new bout with out harmful medications or treatments. Other benefits from healthy living is feeling great, looking better and younger and of course having the chance to educate others.
