This National Mortgage Exam channel is maintained by Patricia O'Connor, the author of The SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator National Exam Study Guide. The book contains hundreds of end-of-chapter review questions as well as two practice exams. It is updated each year and is available in Kindle and paperback versions on Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/author/patriciaoconnor. New video tutorials are uploaded every Wednesday. Supplemental practice test questions on the material are available as downloads from a link on a card displayed at the end of the first six videos. Starting with video #7, quiz download links will only be available to subscribers who follow the instructions at the end of each video. Pat is a former licensed Florida mortgage broker and instructor, current licensed Florida real estate broker, and owner of The Veritas Real Estate Group, Inc. She has aced the national loan originator exam twice, once in 2010 and again in 2021.
