I'm Greg Stern, owner of From the Ground Up Physiotherapy in Montreal. My mission is to empower you to optimize your health & performance by addressing the root causes of your stiffness, aches, and pains. In 2013, I suffered an ankle sprain that led to chronic foot, hip & lower back pain for six years. This injury forced me to become obsessed with movement to heal myself. Through exploration & mentorship from the best movement therapists worldwide, I am pain-free, feeling movement freedom in a way I have never had before. I can play the sports I love, slackline & go for long hikes barefoot (you read that correctly!) after being unable to stand for more than a few seconds without pain.
