P.C.S. Editor, covers the City of Pacific WA government. Pacific, founded in 1909, nearly folded in Dec 2012. Recent videos (6/2013 to present) document the City's Council meetings, and the administration of an appointed Mayor (June 2013). Older videos (2012 & 2013) document Council meetings in which Pacific's write-in elected Mayor and Council butt heads. Conflicts led to Whistle blower letters, Employee harassment complaints, Civil Lawsuits, Writs of Mandate, Staff reductions, Unexpected legal bills, Contested administrative decisions, and challenged Civil Service Commission findings. Contentions led to a voter-initiated "Recall Mayor" initiative election (June 2013, in which the Write-in Mayor lost). A new mayor was appointed by the Council. We did not make this stuff up! "PCS Editor" (Pacific City Signal) includes my earliest videos, including Moka/Mocha the Mustang, which were posted as "Life in the Pacific NW", by jrfancher.
