Local Future educates the public on energy, economy, environment and their inner-relationships; and helps communities develop compassionate, sustainable, local cultures. Local Future is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt nonprofit educational organization which brings together visionaries, activists, and leaders in the areas of sustainability, transition towns, permaculture, peak oil, climate change, economics, renewable energy, food security, compassionate living and culture change.
