Hey guys! My name is Jija. "JiJi" is a nickname that my friends and family use to call me so I decided to name my channel "JiJi's Kitchen". I always loved (will love forever) eating and trying out different types of cultural cuisine and had (still do) passion for cooking especially Korean, Japanese (where I was born and raised), and American food. This passion and love lead me to cook professionally for a long time and now I want to share what I learned and show a bit of my twist into a dish that you might like or find it easier to make at home.
