Join us for Sunday morning Church Service at New Bethel Baptist Church in Venice, CA. The New Bethel Baptist Church is a Venice Beach landmark. It began in a vacant storefront in 1952, with eight members and grew in popularity, moving three years later to its present location at 503 Brooks Avenue. New Bethel Baptist Church is not a soaring cathedral, but symbolizes spiritual promise and the virtue of simplicity. Our Church doors are open to all - and all are welcome. Among the Ministries within the church are a Choir, a Mother's Board, a Men's Fellowship, an Usher's Board, Deacons and Deaconess Ministry, and a Nurse's Board dedicated to the sick and shut-in.
