4K HDR since 2022 William is the creator of BillyChiu.com, which showcases the performing art and entertainment talents of young kids and teenagers. The original idea for creating BillyChiu.com in 2009 was to support, encourage and showcase the talents of a group of young children attending an under-privileged federally funded Title-One public school in New York City, where William attended. The goal was to provide these children professional filming and editing of their works to be celebrated with their families, teachers, and friends. BillyChiu.com relies on commissions paid by Amazon and advertising fees paid by YouTube to support the operating expenses. BillyChiu.com was a YouTube Partner and had created, produced and copyrighted nearly 500 videos on YouTube.
