About

In 2013, we purchased raw land consisting of just under 5 acres of woods. We cleared around an acre and in 2016, started the process of designing and building a home that would reflect us. After a year of fine tuning, we stepped into our little dream in 2017 with no plans of homesteading. By 2022, we were able to raise/grow about 80% of what we consume. We invite you to join along as we cover everything from raising livestock, laying out a beautiful space, to growing and raising food, what to do with that food, a few “how to’s” and just the daily homesteading life.
