Hi! My name is Tiffany and welcome to my Patisserie! Where I help beginners and experienced bakers alike to become more confident and inventive in the kitchen! I'm mostly self-taught but I also went to college to refine my baking skills! I make new baking tutorials every Monday and Thursday and New reels every Tuesday and Friday! The virtual cooking diary of a misunderstood and (im)perfect baker, follow along as I reinvent classics with a fresh modern twist as well as whatever crazy concoctions I may have floating about in my head… Unlike most bakers out there, I don't believe in testing things several times until perfect and instead all of my recipes are done from the first try So I'm basically more of a "pray and hopefully everything turns out good" kind of baker! Yes I know it's a bold statement to make but I hate wasting ingredients so I try my best to get it right the first time around. So From one amateur baker to another, let's create and learn something together!
