Hi, My name is Martha. I am a Specialty Diet & Allergy Chef and the creator of Allergy Dragon. I started cooking and trained in restaurants with my first job at 16 years of age; in 2014, I switched to institutional food services in a healthcare setting and created Allergy Dragon Youtube in 2018. I have been cooking professionally for almost 30 years. In 2003 I became a reluctant food allergy chef due to my youngest child’s 1st anaphylactic reaction at 9 months old to strawberries, and their allergy list has now grown to over 30 food allergies. In 2009, I became a gluten-free chef due to my Celiac disease diagnosis. I have been part of the Community Advisory Board of CFAAR. I have done several presentations, and cooking classes with many local organizations such as Dare To Care food bank.
