As a personal trainer for over 15 years I knew that I wanted to be able to spread my reach and help more than just the few people who could train with me in person. My vision for this channel is to meet people where they are at and provide a workout and nutrition program that they can do no matter where they live and no matter what their fitness levels is currently!
