I am a fifth-generation award-winning Chef, Public Speaker and PODCAST GUY. I’m also the host of Best Served Podcast, Restaurants In Pop-Culture, Restaurant Techno Babble, Restaurant News Roundup and Restaurant Idea Factory with over 500 episodes produced. I started out at 17 years old as a dishwasher at my uncle’s restaurant. Then I went and spent the last twenty-plus years working across the industry from cook to server to bartender, Cicerone, Fermentationist, General Manager, Owner, Consultant, Strategist.
