投資者及理財教育委員會（投委會）是證券及期貨事務監察委員會轄下一間獨立的公營機構，專責提升香港的投資者及理財教育，並獲四家金融監管機構及教育局支持。投委會透過「投委會錢家」向不同目標受眾傳遞免費和持平公正的投資及理財教育訊息。投委會亦透過「理財能力策略」促進持份者為香港不同群組提供更多優質的投資者和理財教育。 The Investor and Financial Education Council (IFEC) is an independent public organisation and a subsidiary of the Securities and Futures Commission, dedicated to improving investor and financial education in Hong Kong. Supported by the four financial regulators and the Education Bureau, the IFEC promotes free and impartial investor and financial education messages to target audiences through its “IFEC Chin Family”.
