Growing up as a Bengali Muslim, I’ve felt disconnected from those around me on whether or not I should be myself or try to fit in. Most role models were either extremely dunya oriented and promoted a hedonistic lifestyle chasing women and compromising morals, or they were boring monk-like individuals that were unrelatable and out of touch. I couldn’t wait any longer and decided to just level up the best that I could for the sake of Allah and simply became the role model I’ve always looked for around me. Along the way I learned many things that I wish I knew earlier! These things are what I intend on teaching you in sha Allah.
