Welcome to Mike's Yoga Channel! My name is Mike Weisgerber and I am a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher. Formally known as CBD Yoga and Fitness, I began this channel back in late 2019 with the goal of adding value and uniqueness through the means of yoga, workout, and meditation videos. As a former Athlete and a current gym enthusiast, a lot of my videos are designed with athletes and bodybuilders in mind, however I do have a wide selection of videos designed for complete beginners as well. Also, if you are a fan of yin yoga, then you are in the right place as that is my favorite type of yoga to perform and teach. I am extremely passionate about what I do and my goal is to extend that passion out to you by the means of weekly yoga, workout and meditation videos for you to enjoy.
