I've had a super sensitive tummy all my life! 💁🏼‍♀️ I was given the diagnosis👨🏻‍⚕️ as a teen, of 'its just' IBS, and told that a food diary would solve alllll my problems(shock). Essentially sent packing to 'get on with it'.. Finally after 14 years of pain, bloating, fatigue, mouth ulcers, adult acne, weight gain/loss, embarrassment and just a load of crap (pun intended) 💩 I've decided that enough is enough. I AM going to sort out my gut health. 💪 I'm now on the journey of finding out if I have Coeliac disease!
