Home North Preparedness is Dawn and Trevor--two former city dwellers making a new life on their homestead in the expansive Canadian province known as Manitoba. Both Dawn and Trevor are avid Do-It-Yourselfers with many interests that range from farming, gardening, self-sustainability, all things Halloween, film making and movies, music, and more. They also enjoy hunting, shooting sports and the great outdoors. In her former city life, Dawn worked for a large corporation. Her specialty was lean practice and management, both skills she puts to good use on the homestead. In his former city life, Trevor operated a video editing business and media conversion.
