Kashiwagi Solution Model Inc. is a group of researchers and educators that have developed the Best Value Approach [BVA] which can be implemented on individual projects or organization wide. The approach, which is based on leadership principles, drives accountability and efficiency through the use of measurement. KSM is partnered with Performance Based Studies Research Group (PBSRG), Clemson University, SKEMA Business School, and the International Council for Research and Innovation in Building and Construction which create a group that integrates with organizations, educates their personnel, and facilitates the implementation of the approach.
