John Bevilacqua, Broker/Owner and Founder of The Property Shop has been in the real estate business for almost 17 years and earned his Broker’s license over 13 years ago. Specializing in investment and residential real estate, John has sold over $500MM in real estate over his career and has the expertise necessary not only to assist his clients, but also to assist the agents within his office. He holds regular A.P.R.E.P Certified training and coaching sessions with his agents to ensure they are all as well trained as he is so they can serve their clients at an expert level. He is also a certified coach for the Internationally renowned Craig Proctor real estate and marketing coaching program, where John coaches multiple agents across the U.S. and Canada. He is passionate about helping his agents develop their skills and master every aspect of the real estate business ensuring all of his firm’s clients receive the best level of service he would provide himself.
