Fitness, food, oral hygiene (JustJaxInc) I started training last year because I was depressed and couldn’t drag myself out of bed most days. I decided to curate a cleaner life, with regulated sleep schedules, training, self help studies, prayer and better quality food. Everything changed and I wish I had someone to help me along the way so here I am sharing parts of my journey. I hope my process can help someone else regain control and start taking strides to an energetic and balanced life.
