I do not know what to call my channel yet, but I have to say that this is an extension of my curiosity. And my hope is that in sharing content I find community and get to learn more in return. A little background. I'm a Filipino TV Host, Journalist, Entrepreneur and IFBB Pro athlete. You see in my past posts they're mostly fitness. While I have maintained my training, I'm finding a more holistic approach to health. As a journalist I've covered GA, Politics, Sports, Business. I am currently juggling that with managing a business in the heavy industry.
