We burn our candles day and night by sitting whole day in front of computers, talking on phone calls, driving here to there and students with their books. In all this hustle-bustle of life, we forget one main thing that ''health is the real wealth'' and it is the reason, many of us feel physically low and tired. Sometimes we get depressed by all this mental hardwork because we don't have any physical work so physically we are lacking behind.
