Hi, welcome to my YouTube channel. All my cooking skills are self taught. I love to learn how to cook some of the most difficult dishes and fancy dishes. I can cook most of the dim sum and Chinese barbecue. Copycat is my favorite. I am also self taught to be couturier. Not only I can alternate and tailor clothes, I also can draft patterns and design clothes. My videos mostly focus on exotic orchids, my Tibetan cat, Maui Waui, baking and of course cooking.
