Hi, This YouTube channel was started by Mat Riley - Great British Bake Off contestant 2015. What began as a baking and recipe channel has evolved to include the family; Alex and Ru and baby Elsie. Mat still works full time as a London Firefighter, Alex is a news and current affairs presenter for London Live TV. They both live in Kent with two year old Ru and newborn Elsie.
