Fitness & Football United (FFU) YouTube channel is intended for men and women who are looking to look good and feel good physically and mentally, to build muscle, lose weight/fat, increase strength, fitness, agility and get six pack abs to show! Rachid Zamzami, a British Moroccan, with over 25 years of international coaching and managing experience, is the co-founder of Fitness and Football United. Rachid holds a MSc in Psychology of Sports and Exercises Behaviour (Northumbria University Newcastle) and a 1st class honours bachelor's degree in Sports Management (University of Sunderland). He also holds a UEFA 'B' license, AFC ‘C’ Coaching Certificate and the England FA Level 2 in Coaching Football. Other qualifications include Nutrition, Sports Massage, a Level 3 Personal Training and Level 2 Kettlebell Certificates.
