I’m a Spinning Babies® trained certified prenatal yoga teacher specializing in safe, effective, alignment-based yoga designed to make your pregnancy more comfortable & physiological labor more efficient. I’m also an RYT® Certified Yoga Teacher & RPYT® Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, a Lamaze International® 2022 Annual Conference presenter, I hold a certificate in Anatomy of the Chest, Neck, Abdomen and Pelvis from Yale University, and I’m trained in the Spinning Babies® methodology. But most importantly, I’m a mom who believes in the remarkable power of preparing your body for the demands of pregnancy and labor – however and wherever you choose to birth. I love sharing yoga and fitness videos that help you have a healthy pregnancy, a positive empowered birth experience, and a strong, healthy postpartum recovery.
