I am Zahid Irfan and I am your partner in diabetes reversal journey. I was diagnosed with Type-II Diabetes and was prescribed oral medications, exercise and diet control. In early 2017, I was put on insulin due to poor control of diabetes by oral medication. The deteriorating health condition led me on the quest to find answers. I started intensive study to explore the real cause behind Type-II Diabetes, its preventions and reversal. In my search to find answers of my questions regarding Type-II Diabetes, I left on stone unturned. But, finally, I was stumbled upon a YouTube video of Dr. Jason Fung, a Canadian nephrologist who claimed 100% cure and reversal of diabetes via intermittent fasting and some life style changes. This proved to be life changing moment in my life and changed my belief about my disease. The ultimate goal of this channel is to spread knowledge and information about diabetes reversal strategies and to enables diabetes patient to gain control of their life.
