This is my journey to enhance my strength through calisthenics and weightlifting and by sharing my experiences with you, I aim to inspire and help you improve as well. I am proud to have achieved first place in the female reps calisthenics competition in both 2022 and 2023, securing two gold medals 🥇🥇. While I eagerly await confirmation for my next competition, I am also a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, equipped to provide valuable insights in those areas.
