The Tower Running Channel is dedicated to the extreme sport of Towerrunning, also known as Competitive Stair Climb Racing. . To have a one stop site for information for those just looking at, or new to the sport, and for those competitive stair climbers already out there. . The great thing about Towerrunning is almost anyone can do the sport, it is extreme, but one can pace themselves to their level of fitness. It also brings about a great feeling of satisfaction when a person completes and event. Looking down from the top of a 40, 50, 60, 70 or 100 story building is a real confidence builder. That usually leads to what we call in the sport, "the stair climbing bug". That is a cool kind of addiction to the sport and the community of really great people/athletes that do this sport. . This leads to a purpose for getting physically active, enjoying the camaraderie from fellow climbers, having fun, and doing it at almost any age!
