Hey! I'm Chloe, I'm a Life Coach, Body positive Personal Trainer and Nutritional coach based in the South East of the UK. From the age of 16-22 I suffered badly from Anorexia and disordered eating. I also modelled professionally for 5 years and took the catwalk in New York & London Fashion Week along with featuring in worldwide campaigns and well known magazines. I left the fashion industry after being made to lose weight when I was already underweight! I completely turned my life around when I quit modelling and became a PT and nutrition coach and have a much healthier life now and wanted to share my journey with you guys! I started this channel in 2016 to help others and share my journey. I am now also a Life Coach which is very exciting (as of June 2022)! I love making what i eat in a day vlogs, workout videos, travel vlogs, giving nutrition tips and making videos about mental health/eating disorder recovery tips and lots more!
