A Strength and Movement Training Center Feedback based training is an intelligent approach to teaching exercise. Our system employs the use of unique "out of the box" movements and tactile tools to teach our clients body control. Proper alignment, muscle activation and stabilization are the keys to success when starting an exercise program. Our "foundations" phase will teach core concepts to condition all the right muscles to move forward towards bigger goals. Our goal is for all our clients to push,pull,hinge,squat,lunge,carry and rotate.
