Hi, I'm Annie Born and raised in North Eastern Thailand I started to cook Thai food at a very young age. If my parents were late working on the farm I as the daughter was expected to start a wood fire and cook the big pot of boiled rice for our family of seven. I learned so many traditional Thai cooking methods from my mother and these skills have remained with me until this day.
