Hello!!! I'm Nina Theresa! Join me in this very new journey I am documenting. I started this channel to show my weight loss journey and also help people on a similar journey. However, this channel also has shopping hauls, vlogs, and just about everything else that's going on in my life! You'll see a lot of videos on how to make no/low carb meals that allow to eat the same meal with your family and loved ones, but just without all of the carbs.
