Carpathian Outdoor Cooking is a channel that aims to promote seasonal cooking with ingredients sourced from local producers. We want to encourage both consumers and producers to rethink their way of cooking in order to achieve sustainable consumption and fair trade, to support the local economy and ultimately to protect the local environment. In our videos we strive to use ingredients only from local producers, vegetables grew by them and dairy products that are obtained from animals raised by them.
