Euforia is an independent, youth-driven social business that reaches out to empowers and connects people to tackle global challenges trough local commitment: The present and future costs of global challenges such as climate change, poverty or racism pose serious threats to humanity. There is no more time to be lost, everyone needs to get involved now in order to design innovative solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges. Although 70-80% of youth would like to get involved in building a more sustainable future, only 10-30% are actually doing so (opinion polls by Ipsos & EU). This means that an incredible potential for societal development is being wasted at present. That's where euforia comes into play: with its events "imp!act", "STEP into action" and "Leading with imp!act" euforia mobilizes the untapped potential by using viral peer-to-peer marketing and non-formal education. Our ambition for 2018 is to have 10 million people go through our programs worldwide.
