I'm Carla aka Simply CSilver and I am here to share my journey to fit and healthy with you. Optimistic, pleasurable but purposeful, intentional, wholesome, and definitely a huge calculated giver are words I would use to describe myself. I do my best to always keep things positive and authentic. I've been intermittent fasting randomly since ~2019. I really enjoy it and I will be sharing the ups and downs, the good, bad, and ugly of my journey. I've been on a fitness journey since the age of 15 and believe me I've done some crazy things. And honestly, I'll be using you to help me stay accountable🥰 So I need your help creating a positive environment for me and others that are working on their health journey.
