Based in our very own prime dance studios in the heart of London, we bring you fun, yet very top quality dance workouts and Ballroom & Latin tutorial videos to watch and learn any time anywhere. Flow Dance London's co-founder and also a mom, Elena Plescenco is here every step of the way. Together with Carlos Custodio, Elena built a professional competitive dance career of over 25 years which lead to the foundation of most iconic dance studios in London in 2016. Our aim is to make all Ballroom & Latin dances easy and joyful no matter what level you are. We will guide you on your journey from Zero to Hero, always making it entertaining yet with the best quality of technique we can deliver.
