I'm a former official admin and Coach for Trim Healthy Mama with six years experience of following the plan. Have you found the Trim Healthy Mama method too difficult? As I no longer have official ties to Trim Healthy Mama I can diversify my teaching and methods and make things much, much simpler. We also incorporate the Somersizing plan which many find easier. I think simpler is always better! There is no need to hide away or fear being judged here. We are the misfits, the stragglers, the strugglers, the stallers and the non mama's who just want to reach our trim and healthy goals without all the hype and hoo-ha!
