Hi. My name is Catalin "Cat" Manea, also known as "The Veggienator". I have a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education(Romania and France) and I am a certified Holistic Nutrition Coach in BC, Canada, where I reside. I have competed on and off in bodybuilding and muscle model categories and hopefully I will get back on stage soon. I have created this channel to share my experiences as a vegan athlete(turned vegan in 2015) and help others that are vegan but don't know how to do it properly, or people that are not vegan just yet, but are interested in becoming one. I will mostly discuss subjects as vegan health and bodybuilding, grocery shopping, proper plant-based cooking and even if I am a newbie to YouTube, I will improve my channel and my presence as I learn and I will try my best to connect with you, my audience, and offer information that will support you and motivate you.
